We deliver year-round seasonal maintenance in line with client instructions and investor guidelines. Our lawn care includes weekly or bi-weekly grass cutting, along with landscaping tasks such as shrub trimming, gardening, and general yard upkeep.

During winter, we provide snow removal for accumulations of three inches or more, apply salt to prevent ice build-up, and perform complete winterization of plumbing fixtures and heating systems (dry heat, steam/wet, and radiant heat) to protect against damage. Thawing services for frozen properties are also available when needed.
